Refund & Return Policy

At Clay By Nature Pottery, every piece is made by hand and crafted with intention. We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 4 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, and you must return it to us at your own expense. Because our work is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions.

One-of-a-Kind & Final Sale Items

Items marked as one-of-a-kind or final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales of these pieces are final.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
