Thank you for supporting Clay By Nature Pottery. Each piece is handmade with care, and we want to make sure it arrives safely and on time.

Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days of purchase. Because each piece is crafted by hand, some items may require additional lead time — this will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Method

We ship all domestic orders via USPS. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Packaging

All pottery is carefully packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Fragile items receive extra padding and care to ensure they arrive safely.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are delivered by email and are not subject to shipping fees or handling times.
