I made this pottery stoneware, wheel thrown, hand painted, Dragonfly, coffee cup in my studio. The Dragonflies are hand painted with a bamboo brush. I live in the mountains of Colorado and during frequent walks I enjoy watching these lovely creatures, that inspire my work.
Each piece of Clay by Nature Pottery is hand thrown on my potter's wheel, glazed in lead-free glazes, and fired in my kiln.
I make all of my own glazes and use only safe materials. This is teal and opal food safe glaze.
